Terms of Use

By accessing or using Home Team Coach AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of a child, player, team, school, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you are responsible for that use.

What Home Team Coach AI does

Home Team Coach AI lets users upload baseball and softball practice clips and receive AI-assisted training feedback, progress history, and practice-plan suggestions. Home Team Coach AI is only a supplemental informational and training aid. It is not a coach, doctor, trainer, physical therapist, biomechanics lab, safety professional, scouting service, recruiting service, eligibility advisor, or emergency service.

User responsibility and assumption of risk

Sports training involves risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to use any information from the app. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified coaches, medical professionals, trainers, parents or guardians, and safety professionals when appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining a safe practice environment, using proper equipment, following applicable team, league, facility, school, and safety rules, and supervising minors. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or unsafe conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with using the app and with any training, practice, drills, movements, or decisions made before, during, or after using the app.

No medical, safety, or professional advice

Home Team Coach AI does not provide medical advice, injury diagnosis, treatment plans, return-to-play decisions, workload management, safety clearance, physical therapy advice, legal advice, recruiting advice, eligibility advice, or professional coaching certification. Do not use the app to evaluate injuries, pain, fatigue, concussion symptoms, medical conditions, readiness to play, or emergency situations.

AI feedback limitations

Home Team Coach AI may use AI systems to generate feedback. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular player. Results can be affected by camera angle, lighting, motion blur, body visibility, clothing, equipment, clip length, uploaded media quality, model limitations, and incomplete context. The app does not guarantee that any report, score, label, drill, recommendation, or practice plan is correct, complete, current, safe, or appropriate.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any performance improvement, skill development, injury prevention, recruiting outcome, team selection, scholarship, playing time, competitive result, ranking, evaluation result, or other outcome. Any examples, scores, progress indicators, or practice suggestions are informational only.

User content and permissions

You are responsible for videos, images, names, profile details, notes, and other information you upload, enter, or share through the app. Only upload content you have the right and permission to use. If content includes a minor, teammate, coach, opponent, bystander, school, team, facility, logo, uniform, or another identifiable person or organization, you are responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents.

You grant Home Team Coach AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the app and related services. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights you grant us and the rights of others.

Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions

The app may use anonymous, device-based, or signed-in accounts to save profile, settings, usage limits, purchase status, and report history. If paid features are enabled, purchases made inside the mobile app are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store-provided terms, renewal rules, cancellation rules, refund rules, taxes, and trial eligibility apply. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, private, or nonconsensual content; upload videos or information without required rights or consent; use the app for medical, injury, safety, employment, recruiting, school, eligibility, insurance, legal, or other high-stakes decisions; misrepresent AI output as professional certification; or interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or misuse the app, backend, subscriptions, security controls, usage limits, or AI systems.

Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. Data deletion requests can be started from the support site or by emailing support@hometeamcoachai.com. Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, backup, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Service changes, suspension, and availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, backend failures, third-party provider outages, store platform issues, security events, or other reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the service.

Disclaimers

Home Team Coach AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, safety, suitability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the app, AI output, reports, scores, drills, practice plans, media processing, support responses, or third-party services will be accurate, complete, secure, available, timely, or suitable for your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Early LLC, Home Team Coach AI, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; loss of goodwill; substitute services; training outcomes; performance results; injury; property damage; personal decisions; or decisions made in reliance on the app or AI output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so these limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification and third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ignite Early LLC, Home Team Coach AI, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights. The app may rely on third-party services, and we are not responsible for their services, policies, outages, data handling, or terms.

Changes and contact
