Delete Data

To request deletion of Home Team Coach AI data associated with your device or account, email support@hometeamcoachai.com with the subject line "Home Team Coach AI Data Deletion".

Please include enough detail for us to locate your data. Do not include private videos in the email unless support specifically asks for them.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request, especially if the data relates to a child, team, school, or shared device.

What can be deleted

• Synced player profile information.
• Saved app settings.
• Saved swing reports and related report history.
• Stored uploaded media if retained by the production backend.

Deleting local-only data may also require removing the app from your device or using future in-app deletion controls.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, backup, dispute, or compliance reasons. De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies a user may also be retained.
